Those beautiful feather earrings are handcrafted by Dani Gosha. She is so talented. I love all the colors that were combined (white, black & brown). These will go with just about any outfit! I also purchased a new pair of Jessica Simpson's boots and I absolutely am obsessing over it currently. The color is so perfect. I've been trying to pair it up with almost every outfit!

Spinning Into Spring

Today was so pretty and the weather was just perfect. The best feeling is when you're driving with the windows down in the cool evening and that perfect breeze is blowing through your hair.

THREADS presents "Under the Influence: Art, Music & Cinema in Fashion"

These pictures above are my designs I've completed for the THREADS annual fashion show from this past Friday and the theme this year is "Under the Influence: Art, Music & Cinema in fashion". The show was such a success and I'm so proud of everyone who've contributed and made the show possible. I've spent sleepless nights working on some of these designs so I was so happy to see it done. Seeing the models wearing these garments on the runway is always priceless. My outfits were featured in both the News Observer and Charlotte Observer.

So I finally chopped my locks off on Tuesday and I was terrified! My hair was literally down to my waist. I've trimmed my hair here and there but haven't chopped my hair off this short in 8 plus years or so. I still can't believe I did it and of course am missing my long hair very much. But hair grows. I just hope it grows faster than ever this time!

The Beginning To A Breezy Spring Break

These robin blue colored tights are most appropriate for the Spring season. It is the perfect touch to a neutral outfit. Spring break is finally here! Thank goodness! I've been in dire need of this break that has been delayed for too long. I will spend this time to recuperate but mainly to finish my garments for the fashion show that's soon to come in less than two weeks!
